We are seeking a Sr. HR Executive / HR Executive to manage the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to separation. You will be responsible for the hiring and onboarding processes for junior and mid-level employees, providing payroll inputs, and maintaining accurate employee records. This role requires a professional with strong knowledge of HR operations and MS Excel , excellent communication skills, and 1-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist profile.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Employee Lifecycle Management : Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including the hiring, onboarding, and separation processes.
- Recruitment & Onboarding : Be actively involved in the hiring of junior and mid-level employees. Manage the onboarding process, conduct induction, and handle all joining formalities.
- HR Administration : Provide payroll inputs for new joiners. Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases within the HRIS system.
- Compliance & Grievance Redressal : Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies. Handle all kinds of grievance redressal, including issues related to compensation, performance feedback, and transfers.
- Performance & Training Support : Provide support in conducting PMS (Performance Management System) and appraisals. Assist in the organization and implementation of all training programs.
Skills Required :
1-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist profile.Good knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.Must have good knowledge of MS Excel .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities.QUALIFICATION :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Skills Required
