Responsibilities-
Employee Lifecycle Management (Contractual Employees)
- Onboarding and Offboarding
- Coordination offer letters and contracts
- Managing background checks and pre-employment documentation
- Coordinating orientation programs
- Handling exit interviews and final settlements
- Employee Records Management
- Maintaining and updating employee data in HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
- Ensuring accurate and secure storage of personnel files
- Managing employee databases and digital records
- . Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Payroll Processing
- Ensuring timely and accurate payroll
- Benefits Management
- Administering health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
- Managing leave balances, time-off requests, and absence tracking
- Assisting with benefit claims and queries
- . HR Systems and Technology
- Managing and maintaining HRIS and other related software systems
- Generating reports and analytics for HR metrics (headcount, turnover, leave trends, etc.)
- Supporting process automation and workflow optimization
- . Employee Support and Communication
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and procedures
- Supporting conflict resolution and employee grievance processes
- Acting as the point of contact for HR-related documentation
Desired Candidate
1. Skilled on MS Excel
2. Knows advance excel, Vlookup, Pivot Table, can run different formulas on MS Excel
3. Designing and implementing functional and cost-efficient technology systems.
4. Preparing Dashboards
5. Meticulously working on the data collated from various sources of department and preparing comprehensive reports.
6. Presenting data for a variety of audiences in the form of progress grids, pivot tables, graphs, charts, etc.
