Key Responsibilities :
- Bulk Hiring :
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates specifically for BPO roles.
- Coordinate high-volume walk-in drives and hiring events.
- Manage scheduling, assessments, and follow-ups with candidates.
- Onboarding Assistance :
- Support the onboarding process for new hires in bulk hiring contexts.
- Organize induction programs tailored for large batches of employees.
- Ensure onboarding documentation is completed efficiently.
- Employee Relations & Grievance Handling :
- Be the first point of contact for basic employee queries related to BPO operations.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior HR team members.
- Support initiatives to maintain a positive work environment for floor employees.
- HR Operations :
- Update and maintain records of high-volume hires in the HRMS system.
- Assist in creating reports on hiring metrics and compliance audits.
- Support attendance and payroll processing for new hires.
- Employee Engagement :
- Help organize floor engagement activities for BPO employees.
- Conduct feedback sessions to improve employee experience.
- Assist in implementing reward and recognition programs.
- Policy Support :
- Assist in communicating and implementing HR policies for BPO employees.
- Provide initial-level training on workplace expectations and ethics.
Requirements :
Experience :6 months to 1.5 years in HR with exposure to BPO bulk hiring and onboarding.Skills :Strong communication and organizational abilities.Knowledge of recruitment tools and high-volume hiring techniques.Basic proficiency in HRMS and MS Office.Personality :Proactive and approachable.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.What we offer :
