We are seeking a skilled HR Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and training. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate employee training programs and development initiatives to enhance workforce skills and performance.
- Handle employee grievances and provide guidance on HR-related issues to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Skills and Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources in Healthcare IndustryStrong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in India related to Healthcare industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.Skills Required
