- We're looking for an experienced and strategic Deputy General Manager / Assistant General Manager to lead F&A sales initiatives, build client relationships, and drive revenue across our expanding portfolio.
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE :
Prospose annual, half yearly, quarterly and monthly sales planFormulate account acquisition strategy for new opportunities.Tracking outsourcing opportunities through organic lead generation, targeted campaigns as well as peer networking.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Responsibility for new business development, negotiations and commercial contracts in line with proposed budgeted growth.Guide the solutioning team in researching the customer current situation, challenges & areas of improvement, finding out the solution to the challenges, design the solution, and review the solution for final presentation to client.Map the accounts to have a ready reckoner of process owners, influencers, gatekeepers, decision makers etc.TEAM MANAGEMENT :
Guide the Sales team in proposal / presentation preparation, review the proposal / presentation from customer challenge & solution offered perspective.Responsible for identifying improvement opportunities; defining and justifying projects; negotiating resources; launching project teams; managing team activities; training, coaching, and mentoring.Execute development and roll-out of domain training programs internally in partnership with F&A team in order to build competency.PROCESS EFFICIENCY & EXPECTATIONS :
Review reports on the status of contracts indicating status about financial situation and provide guidance and recommendations for improvements, working closely with the BD Head to assess against budget.Management dashboard / progress of new and existing projects.Improve domain specific process efficiency and effectiveness in order to enhance productivity.RETENTION & RENEWALS :
Has complete responsibility of keeping a track on the contract tenure and terms,Will be responsible for renewal & retention of contracts in coordination with LOB heads.
