Job Title- AGM - Customer Care ( Only Female Candidate)
Location- Gurugram
Minimum Experience - 15+ years
Function : Customer Care
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead, supervise, and monitor the Customer Service team to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints in line with defined turnaround times (TATs).
2. Coordinate effectively with Department Heads to ensure prompt and efficient complaint resolution.
3. Escalate critical issues to senior management in a timely and accurate manner.
4.Enhance customer service experience at training centres through regular monitoring and physical audits.
5. Proactively measure and track customer satisfaction, and implement timely interventions for improvement.
6. Prepare and maintain periodic performance reports related to customer care activities.
7.Handle irate or dissatisfied customers tactfully and courteously, maintaining high standards of professionalism.
8. Communicate with customers across multiple channels including email, phone, and in-person meetings.
