Job Summary :
- This position is to help build the retail business in battery swapping.
- This person will work and liason up with multiple OEMs in 2W category to facilitate and identify multiple channels of selling like Dealer sales, Multi-brands, Online & Corporate events
Key Responsibilities :
Build and manage strong relationships with OEMs, particularly in the EV 2W segment.Act as the Chief of Staff to the B2C Business Head (VP - Business Development), supporting retail business scale-up across India.Drive demand and production mapping with OEMs; develop strong partnerships with dealer networks to build a retail case for the Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) model.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, after-sales, fleet, operations) to create and execute plans for marketing, customer service, and retail rollout.Gather on-ground market insights and align them with strategic planning and forecasting requirements.What We're Looking For :
Prior experience in Business Development / Sales in retail segment is a must.Ideal candidate from Top Tier-1 institutes - IITs / IIMs / ISB / Ivy League B-schoolsStrong data orientation, number-crunching ability, and stakeholder alignment skills.Hands-on attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Comfortable with on-ground activities, travel, and building strong relationships.Street-smart, agile, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.(ref : iimjobs.com)
