Ensure implementation of learning architecture of Relationship Associates
- Develop capability of Relationship Associates as per milestones defined.
- Conduct joint field work with Relationship Associates to facilitate development.
- Conduct classroom sessions as per architecture and based on need analysis.
- Conduct channel partner trainings.
- Impact on business through SP & POSP activation.
- Increase FLS productivity & MOM goal sheet achievement
- Get certified on training modules
