Location : Mumbai
Work Week : 5 days | Standard 9-hour shift
A leading fashion & lifestyle retail brand is looking for a passionate Retail Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs that empower retail teams, elevate customer experience, and drive operational excellence.
What You’ll Do :
- Create & deliver engaging training modules (product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, and store operations).
- Conduct interactive classroom, on-the-job, and e-learning sessions.
- Collaborate with retail managers & HR to plan and assess training outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and innovate training initiatives.
- Coach retail staff to reinforce skills and ensure continuous improvement.
