Requirements

Key Responsibilities

o    Develop a comprehensive training module aligned with brand standards.

o    Create and align a training calendar with the brand’s schedule and objectives.

o    Conduct training sessions for Beauty Advisors, Skincare Specialists, and Retail Store Staff.

o    Deliver hands-on training on the counter for Beauty Advisors, Skincare Specialists, and Retail Store Staff.

o    Assist the Commercial / HR team in recruiting Beauty Advisors and Skincare Specialists.

o    Foster and maintain strong relationships with store staff and ensure smooth collaboration with LUXASIA personnel.

o    Ensure that staff grooming meets the brand's standards.

o    Oversee visual merchandising to ensure it adheres to brand guidelines.

o    Ensure display merchandising follows brand guidelines and is effectively implemented.

o    Arrange for staff uniforms, identity cards, and name badges to be provided.

o    Plan and execute makeup and skincare events at the store to enhance customer engagement.

o    Implement Key Opinion Leader (KOL) activations to boost brand presence in retail stores.

o    Assist the Marketing team with managing and enhancing social media handles.

o    Oversee and improve Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

o    Continuously ensure that all activities and processes align with the brand’s strategic goals and standards.
