Position : Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in driving growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services (outsourced) sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals with mid to large enterprise clients.
KRA's you will own
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and hiring managers.
- Work closely with the Business team to align client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients.
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Required Skills
