Lead Generation Specialist – US & Middle East Markets

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist with a strong focus on the US and Middle East markets . The role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality B2B leads to support the global sales pipeline.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using prospecting tools, CRM systems, and outreach strategies tailored to international markets. This is a target-driven role requiring strong research abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to engage with senior decision-makers across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US and Middle East markets through online research, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, databases, cold calling, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Qualify prospects based on decision-making authority, business needs, and budgets .
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and target industries for both regions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
- Nurture relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups and multi-channel engagement.
- Track and manage all lead activities in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Work closely with marketing to align lead generation campaigns with regional business objectives.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and buyer behavior across both the US and Middle East.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4–7 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development , focused on international markets (US and / or Middle East preferred) .Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies and regional business dynamics.Excellent verbal and written communication skills (neutral / US accent preferred).Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, etc.).Proven ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets .Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills .Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.Preferred Skills
Prior experience generating leads for SaaS, IT services, or B2B solutions in US or Middle East markets .Understanding of regional business cultures, sales cycles, and decision-making processes .Knowledge of email automation and lead nurturing platforms .
