Role Overview
As a Demand Generation Executive , you will be responsible for driving qualified leads for our clients through targeted B2B campaigns. The role requires a strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead qualification, and the ability to engage decision-makers through calls, emails, and digital outreach.
You'll work closely with the campaign and data teams to meet client goals and ensure lead quality and conversion success.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute B2B demand generation and lead qualification campaigns for global clients.
- Reach out to potential leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify key decision-makers and qualify opportunities.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to assess business needs, timelines, and buying intent.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with campaign managers and data teams to improve targeting and conversion rates.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and quality targets.
- Stay updated on client products, industry trends, and marketing practices.
Required Skills & Experience
0–3 years of experience in B2B demand generation , lead qualification , or inside sales (preferably in IT / Tech campaigns).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable speaking with senior-level executives globally.Strong research and analytical ability to identify and qualify leads.Goal-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable with international calling (US / EMEA / APAC shifts may apply).Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.What We Offer
