Roles and Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers through market research and analysis.
- Support and execute outbound sales campaigns to deploy effective growth strategies.
- Identify market trends and formulate competitive positioning strategies.
- Lead new client acquisition through networking, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Present W.E.-Matters solutions to prospective clients, negotiate deals, and manage contract closures.
- Manage the complete sales cycle including initial outreach, proposal development, negotiations, and closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Collaborate closely with delivery, marketing, and product teams to ensure offerings align with client needs and to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Provide feedback based on client interactions to help improve products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies.
- Track, report, and provide insights on sales pipeline stages, forecasts, and overall sales performance.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Required Skills and Experience
Experience in end-to-end sales, preferably targeting CHROs, CEOs, or senior leadership.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Proven passion for client acquisition and ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-driven with excellent negotiation skills.(ref : iimjobs.com)
