Role Description :
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager located in Mumbai.
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales activities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Day-to-day tasks include identifying market opportunities, developing sales strategies, providing sales forecasts, and leading the sales team to ensure growth and revenue goals.
- This role requires strategic planning, excellent communication, and strong leadership skills to meet the dynamic needs of the pharmaceutical processing industry.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management.Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical processing industry and its market dynamics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a sales team.Strategic planning and market analysis skills.Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering preferably with Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Min. 8 to 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical prcoessing machinery industry is a plus.Willingness to relocate to Mumbai if not already based there.(ref : iimjobs.com)
