Job description

Purpose of the Job : The position is responsible for assisting the CBO in various analysis and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities :

  • Stay up to date with the industry regulatory updates
  • Conducting competitor and industry analysis by keeping abreast of market trends
  • Improve overall cost efficiency of the organization and coordinate with Function Heads for driving cost rationalization activities
  • Periodically review of business and providing inputs
  • Initiate and drive key projects
  • Support President & CBO in strategic initiatives by performing rigorous analysis, interacting with key internal and external stakeholders and project coordination
  • Develop presentations for Senior Management

Role Specific Competencies :

  • Analytical bent of mind with a research inclination.
  • Should have excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written). MS Office : Strong PPT and Excel skills.
  • High on energy, assertive and to be able to deal with multiple stakeholders.
  • Should be driven and mature enough to support senior level relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Qualification & Work Experience :

  • Top Preference - Mutual Fund Industry / AMC Experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Planning, Strategy, CEO Office / CFO Office / CBO Office roles.
  • CA / CFA or MBA from one of the premiere management institutes.
