Manager - Sales

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales pipeline to optimize resources and maximize profitability.
