- Can take a "no" from a client and bounce back with twice the energy.
- Work fast, smart, and independently - you can handle ambiguity and don't need handholding.
- Communicate clearly and crisply - in emails, meetings, and pitches.
- Are able to build relationships with mid-to-senior stakeholders and run structured sales conversations.
- Are organized - your pipeline is real, your follow-ups are sharp, and your CRM hygiene is solid.
- Bonus : You've sold into financial services, fintech, gig economy, or other fast-moving sectors.

Identify and go after new logo opportunities in your territory or vertical.Run end-to-end sales cycles - from cold outreach and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure.Understand client pain points and map them to IDfy's product suite.Collaborate with product and delivery teams to solution effectively.Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity to shape your pitch.Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and sales reporting in the CRM.Share feedback from the ground to help shape GTM strategy and product priorities.Own your number.
