Skills :
2–5 years in business development, sales, or inside sales within engineering services or industrial tech
Proven ability to generate qualified leads and convert them into real opportunities
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging senior decision-makers
Solid understanding of North American sales culture, buying cycles, and lead qualification
Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other outbound sales platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is mandatory (preferred : Electronics, Electrical, CS, or Mechanical preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities
Run outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone — targeting 40–50 high-quality touchpoints per day
Build and manage a sales pipeline of $1–2M+ in active opportunities annually
Lead leadership- and manager-level conversations and discovery calls to understand client needs and position relevant services
Collaborate with marketing on campaign follow-ups, trade show engagement, and webinar conversions
Coordinate RFPs, proposals, and pricing discussions with solution and delivery teams
Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting via HubSpot or Salesforce
