We are in growth mode and looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Manager who will own client acquisition, build strong business partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads through CRM, networking, and market outreach.
- Conduct workspace tours, deliver persuasive pitches, and drive deal closures.
- Build and maintain partnerships with brokers, HR teams, and industry associations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Represent ThinkTank Offices at industry events and support marketing campaigns.
- Ensure seamless client onboarding, maintain strong relationships, and drive renewals.
Experience :
1-2 years in sales, business development, or account management.Experience in co-working, real estate, hospitality, or B2B services is preferred.Skills & Attributes :
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability in negotiation, closing deals, and achieving sales targets .Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated professional.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management .Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent networking & relationship-building abilities.What We Offer :
