We are in growth mode and looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Manager who will own client acquisition, build strong business partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads through CRM, networking, and market outreach.
  • Conduct workspace tours, deliver persuasive pitches, and drive deal closures.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with brokers, HR teams, and industry associations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Represent ThinkTank Offices at industry events and support marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure seamless client onboarding, maintain strong relationships, and drive renewals.

Experience :

  • 1-2 years in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience in co-working, real estate, hospitality, or B2B services is preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes :

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability in negotiation, closing deals, and achieving sales targets .
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated professional.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management .
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent networking & relationship-building abilities.
