NewJaisa (NJ) is India's largest seller of refurbished electronic products and the top seller on Amazon. As a tech-driven full-stack D2C brand, we provide high-quality refurbished IT electronics such as laptops, Chromebooks, mini PCs, and desktops at discounts of up to 70%. Our operations focus on reducing electronic waste and minimizing our ecological footprint; since our launch, we have saved 22 million Kg of CO2e. Based in a 50,000+ sq feet workspace, NewJaisa meticulously refurbishes used gadgets with the aid of skilled engineers and offers comprehensive customer support to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development (B2B Educational Segment) professional, located in Bengaluru. The role involves generating leads, conducting market research, building relationships with educational institutions, and identifying new business opportunities. The candidate will also be responsible for presenting our product offerings to prospective clients, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction. Regular collaboration with other departments is essential to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Lead Generation and Market Research
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Experience in the B2B sector, particularly in the educational segment, is a plus
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Conduct field visits to meet decision-makers (Principals, Directors, Training Heads, etc.).
