Key Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition : Identify and target potential clients in need of HR / Stafff Augmentation solutions through research, networking, and cold outreach.
Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their HRO needs and providing tailored solutions.
Market Research : Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Proposal Development : Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing structures to clients.
Collaboration : Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements.
Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue pipelines using CRM tools.
