Job Title : Business Development Manager
Work Location : Noida, Bengaluru, Mumbai
Experience : 5- 12 years
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales plans aligned with business expansion goals.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sale revenue and profitability goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in SaaS, IMS, and IT Infrastructure.
- Drive government and major enterprise deals through CxO-level involvement and long-term collaborations.
- Lead GTM initiatives in many sectors, including government, education, manufacturing, BFSI, and IT / ITES.
- Collaborate with marketing to manage lead generation, sales enablement, and campaign messaging.
- Utilize CRM tools wisely for pipeline management, sales analytics, and forecasting.
- Developing and maintaining accurate sales forecasting and reporting A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar discipline is required; an MBA is desirable.
- At least five years of B2B IT sales experience, ideal to have extensive knowledge of Cloud security or Cybersecurity.
