  • To establish Channel Business globally in potential countries
  • To manage the software solution sales in the given territory, forecast sales targets and ensure they are met through channel partners
  • To identify channel partners, on board them, organize the training for the channel partners through internal support
  • To create sustainable business model for the organization through the channel partners own the responsibility
  • Meet and exceed sales target by order volumes, revenue, region penetration, market share, profitability and growth.
  • To evaluate prospect for appointing new strategic channel partners and turn this into new business model
  • Develop channel sales plans and strategies for building / maintaining a robust channel sales pipeline and moving key opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • To implement sales strategies that further drives enhanced revenue generation for the organization channel partners
  • Maintains and expands partner base by training sales personnel; building and maintaining rapport with partners; identifying new customer opportunities.
  • Should act as single point of contact for the channel partners inside organisation
  • To provide market intelligence to the channel partners regularly
  • Achieves channel sales operational objectives by contributing to channel policy support channel partners to grow through the offerings of CSM Tech.
  • Work internally with Sales, Presales, Marketing to provide support to channel partners adequately timely.
  • Increase the depth and breadth of CSM Tech knowledge in the Partner organization and discover new opportunities to develop joint value propositions.
  • Maximizing the business for all offered software offerings across the industries (Government, PSUs , Mining Manufacturing sector )
  • Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration.
  • Developing strategies for win- win situation for both organisation channel partners
  • Responsible for entire sales life cycle from lead generation to closure for new business.
  • Regular use of sales CRM to effectively plan and measure sales activities.

Candidate Profile

  • Candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of Channel Partner Business Model
  • Should have effective exposure to Bespoke / Customized IT Application Sales , Software Sales (Not into Hardware Sales)
  • Should have proven track record of successful sales through channel model
  • Should have strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at C suite levels
  • This role will be handling channel business in targeted countries.
  • In addition to the channel business will explore the Strategic channel partners for joint project win
  • Job demands to be available 247 during weekdays to provide support to channel partners
