• Global Implementations : Lead all aspects of the effective project management and rollout of various global implementations in factories under your scope.
• Problem-Solving Skills : Exhibit strong analytical abilities to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement appropriate actions significantly.
• Process Engineering skills to map E2E processes and digitalizing the same for value creation.
