At least 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.

We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, cold calling, and email marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of setting up meetings with potential clients and nurturing leads through effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, B2B platforms, etc., to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Create and submit effective proposals, bids, and pitches to secure projects.
  • Ability to train and manage a team, including junior and intern-level staff.
  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into active clients.
  • Conduct targeted email marketing campaigns to generate interest and secure meetings with prospects.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and prospects through consistent follow-up and communication.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and meeting setups.
  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of the Business Development team.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
  • Mentor and guide BD interns, providing training on lead generation, communication, and conversion techniques.
  • Could you monitor team performance
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and present detailed reports to senior management.
  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, preferably in the digital technology industry.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing tools.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • A bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
