This role focuses on building new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.We are especially looking for professionals who have :

- Proven expertise in managing and building relationships with Global Capability Centre (GCC) clientsKey Responsibilities : New Business Development
- Prospect and identify new clients to generate business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through calls, networking, and research.
- Engage with decision-makers and present tailored business proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.Client Relationships
- Manage and strengthen existing client accounts.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, reviews, and client feedback sessions.Partnerships & Alliances
- Support in identifying and establishing business alliances and partnerships.
- Assist in planning campaigns and initiatives with partners to expand reach.Market Research & Planning
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Participate in events and forums to represent Talentiser and build networks.
- Provide insights to improve business strategies and offerings.Requirements :
- 5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Partnerships (Associate).
- 5–8 years for the Manager level.
- Prior experience with recruitment firms and managing Global Capability Centre (GCC) clients is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship management and networking abilities.
