- 5-8 years closing high-ticket services or SaaS for eCommerce / D2C brands.
- Proven track record of personally closing >- 3 crore annual new revenue.
- Expertise with modern outbound & sales tech stack; strong negotiation and storytelling skills.
- Startup mindset-bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and an ownership mentality.
We are seeking a high-impact Business Development Head to own revenue generation end-to-end. This is a hunter role with full autonomy, where you will close deals, build partnerships, and be rewarded proportionally for your success.
Key Responsibilities :
Revenue Ownership :
Define and achieve quarterly & annual revenue targets, driving consistent closed-won growth.Develop and refine GTM and pricing strategies to maximize deal size and lifetime value.Maintain a 4-5 pipeline coverage through proactive hunting, referrals, and strategic alliances.AI-Driven Prospecting & Funnel Acceleration :
Design data-driven outbound systems using tools like Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, Zapier, etc., to generate SQLs at scale.Continuously test messaging, sequencing, and channel mix to improve conversion rates from open - meeting - close.Consultative Selling & Deal Closing :
Lead discovery calls, solution mapping, proposal creation, and commercial negotiations.Engage with CXOs and founders, articulate ROI, and handle objections to secure sign-offs.Partnership & Channel Development :
Identify and onboard affiliate partners, marketplace alliances, and referral networks.Structure revenue-sharing arrangements to create mutually beneficial growth engines.(ref : iimjobs.com)
