We're Hiring : Business Development Manager (Cybersecurity | On-Site)

Location : On-site (New Delhi)

Experience : 4-5 Years

Company : Secninjaz - Cybersecurity Experts

Secninjaz is a leading cybersecurity company focused on offensive security and red teaming. We're looking for an on-site Business Development Manager to lead B2B growth, secure government partnerships, and scale internationally.

What You'll Do

  • Lead B2B & government lead generation and deal closures.
  • Develop corporate + strategic partnerships.
  • Handle inbound sales pipeline and full deal lifecycle.
  • Explore global expansion into new markets.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for client-aligned solutions.

What You Need

  • 4-5 yrs experience in business development (cybersecurity preferred).
  • Strong network or experience in government + enterprise sales.
  • Excellent pitch, proposal, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and government RFP workflows.
  • Must Have : experience working with Government contracts
