We are seeking a skilled and results-driven UX Designer with 3-4 years of professional experience to join our product team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional user experiences across our digital platforms, leveraging research-driven insights and best-in-class design principles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive user research, usability testing, and analysis to identify user needs and propose actionable solutions.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design mockups in alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Maintain strict adherence to design system protocols, accessibility standards (such as WCAG), and responsive design best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, quality assurance, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Document key artifacts including design specifications, interaction guidelines, personas, and journey maps.
• Analyze market trends, competitor products, and user feedback to drive iterative improvements.
• Present design concepts and usability findings to internal teams and executive leadership as needed.
