Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Lead UX design efforts for IT products, from ideation to execution.
Create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma and other design tools.
Implement design solutions using HTML and CSS for web interfaces.
Ensure adherence to organizational UI design standards and component libraries.
Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Software Engineers, and users to drive design consistency and usability.
Work within an Agile / Scrum delivery methodology, actively participating in sprints, design reviews, and iterative improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

6+ years of experience in UX design for IT products.

Strong proficiency in Figma, HTML, and CSS.

Demonstrated ability to work with UI design standards, component libraries, and design systems.

Experience in Agile / Scrum environments and cross-functional team collaboration.

Strong communication skills and ability to present design concepts effectively.

Good to Have :

Awareness or exposure to React and third-party UI libraries (e.g., MUI).

Knowledge of Vibe coding or other AI-assisted design tools.
