UI / UX Designer - Figma / Sketch

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced and creative UI / UX Designer with a strong portfolio of successful design projects across web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of hands-on experience in designing engaging, user-friendly interfaces for digital products and services.

You will be responsible for delivering intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user experiences that align with business goals and user Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end UI / UX design process for complex web applications, mobile apps, and enterprise portals.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Design intuitive, responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), and JavaScript.
• Build design mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Apply user-centered design principles and conduct usability testing to validate design solutions.
• Ensure consistency in branding, layout, and interaction across different platforms and devices.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, UI technologies, and best practices.
• Work independently on projects as well as in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail and design Skills & Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E / B.Tech) or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of UI / UX design experience for digital products and services.
• Proven track record of independently handling at least five large-scale design projects involving websites, portals, or mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise across web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), and JavaScript for design implementation.
• Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking capabilities with a proven ability to meet deadlines
