Required Qualifications :

8+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 2+ years in a lead or principal role.
Proven success leading UX initiatives for enterprise SaaS or large-scale web / mobile platforms.
Strong expertise in user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design principles.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design and prototyping tools.
Experience designing for multi-role systems and complex workflows.
Strong collaboration and leadership skills capable of influencing design direction across cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to articulate design decisions to executives and stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum environments and close collaboration with development teams.
Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Define and communicate a unified UX strategy that aligns with product roadmaps and business objectives.

Plan and oversee user research, interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries to deeply understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.

Guide and mentor UX / UI designers, fostering design excellence and consistency across products.

Develop personas, journey maps, and service blueprints for complex multi-role systems (residents, managers, boards).

Establish user flows, wireframes, and interaction models that simplify navigation and workflows.

Lead the creation and governance of a shared design system for web, mobile, and emerging AI interfaces.

Partner with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to ensure design intent and accessibility standards are upheld through implementation
