About the Role :
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI / UX Designer with 12 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a user-centered mindset, and the ability to translate requirements into engaging, intuitive, and functional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Ensure consistency of design elements, typography, color schemes, and brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.
- Stay updated with the latest UI / UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Apply a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bridge design and development, ensuring the feasibility of proposed designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).12 years of professional experience as a UI / UX Designer.Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand front-end implementation and collaborate effectively with developers.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.Good understanding of HTML / CSS basics (a plus, not mandatory).Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.A portfolio showcasing UI / UX design projects is mandatory.Nice to Have :
Knowledge of motion design / animations.Experience with design systems and component libraries.Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams(ref : hirist.tech)
