Lead UX Summary :

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Lead UX Designer to guide the design of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across our product portfolio.

This role will lead UX strategy, mentor designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet user needs and business Responsibilities :

• Own the end-to-end UX design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and usability testing.
• Lead the creation of wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
• Conduct and synthesize user research, including interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis.
• Define and maintain UX standards, design systems, and best practices across teams and platforms.
• Validate and iterate on design solutions through feedback sessions, usability testing, and live product evaluations.
• Advocate for user-centered design and accessibility principles throughout the organization.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, feedback-driven design Qualifications :
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of UX design experience, including leadership or mentorship roles.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, design thinking, and execution across multiple platforms.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-platform UX.
• Excellent communication and presentation Skills :
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design handoff and collaboration.
• Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Background in enterprise software, IoT, or data-intensive applications.
• Certification in UX methodologies (e., Google UX, IBM Enterprise Design Thinking)
