Creates high-fidelity design documentation for presentation and circulation that leverage components and patterns from an established design system
Creates dev-ready designs with functional annotations that ensure clear understanding by the development team
Ensures thoughtful UX execution while maintaining consistency across the ecosystem of software products
Supports with the facilitation of and live team collaboration in meetings that align with project phase and feature goals
Assists in presenting to and collaborating with project stakeholders
Escalates potential UX opportunities and challenges with the ability to articulate design decisions and trade-offs Skills and attributes for success
Good knowledge of UX design : Concept Design, Business and Functional Requirement Refinement, Detailed User Flows, Functional Wireframes, Information Architecture, Usability, Design Libraries,
Good understanding of Figma, Miro, and Microsoft Office Suite
Good understanding of experience design principles and processes
Good soft skills in working with cross-disciplinary team members that may have conflicting goals and perspectives, and have the ability to help facilitate alignment across them
Ability to filter and translate business feedback and requests with a strong UX lens and practical approach
