Role Objective :
To generate sales and business development in the Electrical Cable and Accessories segment by targeting Electricity Boards, DISCOMs, EPC contractors, and infrastructure consultants.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage with State Electricity Boards, Power Utilities, and Infrastructure Contractors.
- Follow up on tenders, registrations, vendor approvals, and project-specific requirements.
- Build strong relationships with Purchase, Planning, and Technical teams in EB organizations.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support tender participation and documentation.
- Track project pipelines and actively pursue opportunities across states.
- Provide regular market feedback, competitor analysis, and reporting to management.
Required Candidate Profile :
Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).4–10 years of experience in field sales or business development in the power cable, conductor, transformer, switchgear, or EPC industry.Strong network within Electricity Boards, DISCOMs, or Government tendering departments.Knowledge of tendering process, product approvals, and regulatory environment.Proficient in travel and client visits across zones / states.Self-motivated, target-driven, and good communication skills.Salary & Incentives :
Competitive base salary (as per industry standard) : Salary will be totally dependent on the Candidates experience, his achievements , his capabilities .
