Sales Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in project cargo logistics. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our project cargo division. Your primary focus will be to ensure the efficient and successful execution of complex logistics projects, from planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning : Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, in coordination with clients and internal teams.
• Logistics Coordination : Coordinate all aspects of project cargo logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and customs clearance.
• Team Management : Supervise and lead a team of logistics professionals, ensuring that all team members are aligned with project objectives and deadlines.
• Vendor Management : Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors, subcontractors, and partners to ensure the availability of necessary resources.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and challenges related to project cargo operations and develop mitigation strategies.
• Quality Control : Implement quality control processes to ensure that project cargo meets the highest standards of safety and compliance.
• Client Communication : Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or inquiries.
• Cost Control : Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
• Documentation : Oversee the preparation of all necessary documentation, including bills of lading, permits, and customs documentation.
