Job Responsibility :
1. Developing new customers.
2. Being accountable for achieving annual performance goals and growth.
3. Sales prediction and order management.
4. Gathering customer information, maintaining and improving customer relationships.
5. Managing accounts receivable.
6. Managing customer complaints and after-sales services.
7. Planning and managing customer visits and related affairs.
8. Gathering and analyzing information on the market and competitors.
9. Implementing and coordinating product development projects.
10. Basic knowledge of electrical / electronics industry is must. Hands on information on telecom industry / passive infra power requirement and knowledge on working on rectifiers inverters UPS and battery chemistry would be added advantage.
