Job description

Job Description

Professional Experience :

  • Minimum 15 years in industrial sales
  • At least 4–5 years of direct exposure to industrial markets
  • Experience with premium brands and welding electrodes
  • Proven ability to manage distributors and pitch to customers
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Requirements

Industry Exposure :

  • Must have worked directly with manufacturing companies (not via distributors)
  • Relevant sectors : Forging, Casting, Foundries, Automotive, Fabrication, Oil & Gas, Power Plants
  • Note : Candidates from pharmaceutical or cement industries will not be considered
  • Additional Preferences :

  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional languages
  • Familiarity with NDT or welding technologies is a plus
  • Preference for married candidates
  • Age range : 40–55 years
