At the NoBroker Builder Channel , we partner with India’s leading developers to deliver a seamless home-buying experience across 6 major cities — Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, NCR, and Chennai.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Associate General Manager (AGM) to lead and drive real estate sales through strategic builder partnerships. The role involves managing large teams, driving revenue, optimizing sales operations, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders across the builder ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a large sales team to achieve revenue and performance targets.
  • Drive end-to-end real estate sales for the builder vertical — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, channel partners, and key customers.
  • Strategize and execute sales plans to meet business goals and market expansion objectives.
  • Track key metrics like conversion rates, pipeline performance, and team productivity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and tech teams for business enablement.
  • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and new revenue streams within the builder segment.
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver consistent performance and professional growth.

Requirements

  • 7–12 years of experience in real estate sales, builder relations, or channel management .
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing large teams.
  • Strong network within the builder and developer ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
  • MBA preferred (though not mandatory for exceptional performers).
