Dhi - Sales Manager - BFSI & Retail Growth

OpenDhi.com is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead growth initiatives for our flagship BhaiyaaOS+ platform across the BFSI (Banking, Fintech, Insurance) and Retail (Products & Services) verticals. This is a high-impact role focused on strategic sales, partnerships, and ecosystem expansion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive sales, partnerships, and strategic alliances across BFSI and Retail ecosystems.
• Identify, negotiate, and close enterprise deals while scaling onboarding efforts for MSMEs and retail partners.
• Establish and grow alliances with banks, NBFCs, fintech companies, and e-commerce players.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute co-branded go-to-market and growth campaigns.
• Lead and mentor a small sales team to consistently exceed revenue and growth KPIs.
