OpenDhi.com is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead growth initiatives for our flagship BhaiyaaOS+ platform across the BFSI (Banking, Fintech, Insurance) and Retail (Products & Services) verticals. This is a high-impact role focused on strategic sales, partnerships, and ecosystem expansion.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive sales, partnerships, and strategic alliances across BFSI and Retail ecosystems.
Identify, negotiate, and close enterprise deals while scaling onboarding efforts for MSMEs and retail partners.
Establish and grow alliances with banks, NBFCs, fintech companies, and e-commerce players.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute co-branded go-to-market and growth campaigns.
Lead and mentor a small sales team to consistently exceed revenue and growth KPIs.

What Were Looking For :

MBA from a reputed institute; engineering background is a plus.

610 years of relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in e-commerce or BFSI fintech.

Demonstrated success in selling enterprise SaaS solutions or digital platforms.

Strong capabilities in negotiation, relationship management, and ecosystem development.

Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for innovation in fintech and digital commerce.
