Role Overview

This Position will be responsible for driving sales growth of AMMANN's concrete product line, managing customer relationships, and achieving revenue and market share targets. The role requires a strong understanding of the construction and infrastructure sector, business development skills, and the ability to lead sales initiatives across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for AMMANN concrete products (batching plants, pumps, etc.).
• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities in infrastructure, real estate, RMC, and allied industries.
• Manage existing customer accounts and ensure repeat business through strong relationship management.
• Achieve defined sales targets, market penetration, and profitability goals.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to recommend product / strategy improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, product support, and service teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations, commercial negotiations, and closure of orders / contracts.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and adherence to company policies.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts for management review.
