Business Development Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with experience to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expand market presence, and contribute significantly to revenue growth. This role focuses on proactive client acquisition, strategic relationship building, and collaborative sales efforts within targeted markets.

Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute targeted strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients to expand business opportunities.
- Engage in consultative selling, understanding customer pain points and positioning appropriate solutions.

Qualifications & Skills :
Master's or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.6-8 years of proven business development or sales experience, preferably in ISP / Telecom domain.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage complex sales cycles.Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.(ref : iimjobs.com)
