Job Title : Business Development Manager.

Industry : Information Technology / IT Services & Solutions.

Location : Sector 65, Noida.

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in IT sales to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle in the IT services or solutions domain.

Key Skills Required :

Proficient in lead nurturing techniques to cultivate relationships with potential clients.

Ability to generate insightful reports to track and analyze marketing performance.

Experience in preparing engaging newsletters to communicate updates and promotions effectively.

Strong capability in developing marketing collateral to support sales efforts.

Skilled in creating compelling case studies showcasing successful client outcomes.

Proficient in writing proposals, brochures, blogs, and forum posts to attract and engage target audiences.

Perform day-to-day database maintenance, employing best practices.

Strategic thinker responsible for driving business growth through effective lead engagement, content creation, and targeted marketing campaigns.

Must have experience in Web Development & Mobile Apps project Salesforce Support IT staff Augmentation.

Excellent verbal and written English skills for effective communication with overseas clients.

Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.

Focused and goal-oriented.

Prefer from IT Services sales Background.
