Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth :
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company growth targets.
- Own and deliver annual and quarterly sales revenue and margin targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across IT Infrastructure, IMS, IBM Support services, and SaaS offerings.
Customer & Partner Engagement :
Drive large enterprise and government deals with a focus on CxO-level engagement and long-term relationships.Position Megamax Services as a trusted advisor to enterprise and government clients.Market Expansion & GTM Execution :
Lead GTM strategies for verticals such as BFSI, Manufacturing, IT / ITES, Government, Education and others.Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align campaign messaging, lead generation, and sales enablement efforts.Sales Operations & CRM Optimization :
Ensure disciplined use of CRM platforms for forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics.Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting models for executive review.Continuously assess and optimize sales process efficiency and effectiveness.Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.Proven track record of closing enterprise (Major) and government deals in IT Infrastructure, IMS, or Managed Services.Strong exposure to IBM technologies, Hybrid Cloud, or SaaS solutions is highly desirable.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Willingness to travel domestically as required.(ref : iimjobs.com)
