Objectives of the role
- Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle as an IT technical recruiter
- Foster and strengthen relationships with prospective candidates, who are specialised in IT job profiles, to fill existing vacant roles in the company
- Implement IT headhunting strategies, keeping in mind the latest industry trends as an effective IT talent acquisition consultant
- Generate new leads and devise innovative strategies to identify IT talent that suit the technical requirements of the company
Responsibilities
Ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, and conducting interviewsExecute strategic global hiring programs as an IT talent recruiter keeping in mind international Information Technology trendsManage the IT talent hub through job boards and procure the right talent for the company by screening resumes and managing the databaseDesign and implement job descriptions and engage with potential candidates on social media platformsSkills Required
