The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in recruiting technical talent and a passion for connecting skilled professionals with exciting opportunities in the banking, financial services, and insurance sectors.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles in the BFSI domain.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for IT positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide insights on market trends.
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to find the best talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Skills and Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within the BFSI domain.Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies relevant to the BFSI sector.Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Knowledge of the BFSI industry, including key players and emerging trends.Skills Required
