We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
Prepare job descriptions and job postings for open positions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience as a recruiter (agency or corporate).
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
