Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment and Selection
- Source candidates through online platforms, recruitment agencies, and HR networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews with departments.
- Perform background verification for shortlisted candidates.
Offer Generation and Negotiation
Manage the offer creation process, negotiate salary packages, and ensure timely offer acceptance.Onboarding and Induction
Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new hires at site locations.Coordinate joining formalities with site managers.Prepare employment contracts and relevant documentation.Exit Formalities
Oversee employee exit processes at site locations, ensuring all formalities are completed efficiently.Work closely with site managers to manage smooth employee transitions and final settlements.Third-Party Vendor Coordination
Liaise with vendors handling temporary staff for the group.Manage employee joining, attendance, exit formalities, and monthly payments with vendors.MIS Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports on recruitment, onboarding, exits, and other HR metrics.Analyze key HR data and present findings to management.Travel to Site Locations
Travel to various sites as needed for recruitment, onboarding, exit processes, and other HR-related activities.Education Qualifications :
MBA / PGDM in HR, Industrial Relations, or a related field.Behavioural Profile :
